What started as one mom’s mission to keep her child’s car seat clean, bloomed into a bacteria-busting business. As BuckleBath’s customer base grew, I worked with the founder to launch a simplified, user-friendly and personable website to meet the increased demand of her cootie-conscious clients. With a winning combination of customer-centric copy and advanced technology, BuckleBath’s digital profile became the perfect complement to its car seat cleaning service.
